Clinical Psychologist & Practice Founder

Karina a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist specialising in trauma, complex trauma and related emotional difficulties. With extensive experience in specialist NHS services, she works collaboratively with adults to understand how their life experiences may have shaped their current difficulties and to develop an individualised, evidence-based approach to therapy. Karina draws on a range of therapeutic models to help people make meaningful and lasting changes in a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental environment.

Dr Lauren Becker

Clinical Psychologist

Lauren is a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with many years experience working in specialist mental health settings in the NHS. She currently works in a secondary care NHS service providing psychotherapy for people experiencing complex mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, emotion-regulation problems and complex trauma. more text more text more text more text more text

Katie Simpson

Specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

Katie Simpson is a BABCP accredited, experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with many years of working within NHS mental health services, including in senior clinical roles. She works with adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties and offers evidence-based, compassionate therapy tailored to each individual's needs. Katie is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), an effective treatment for trauma and PTSD, and is committed to helping people achieve meaningful and lasting change.

Dr Komal Oza

Clinical Psychologist & Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

Komal is a Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist who provides flexible, evidence-based therapy to support clients in managing their wellbeing around the demands of daily life. She has extensive experience across a range of difficulties, with particular expertise in complex trauma, as well as working with OCD, anxiety, low self-esteem, and perinatal mental health.
